Refund policy

At D E L V A N T A, all purchases are currently final sale. 

As a growing small business, we are not accepting returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. Please review your order carefully before checking out, including product details, sizing, color, quantity, and shipping information. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

Although all sales are final, we will review order issues if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: contact@delvanta.us 

Include order number, clear photos of item, clear photos of packaging, and a short explanation of the issue.  

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected
  • Wrong color selected
  • Accidental orders
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Shipping delays after the order has been shipped    

Shipping Issues

D E L V A N T A is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
